Vila Honey is a stunning 4 plus 1 contemporary villa overlooking the sea, located in Reserva da Luz, a recent development in Praia da Luz. Luz sits around a glorious sandy bay, and combines wonderful climate, delicious food and welcoming ambience, to create perfect destination for a relaxing beach-based holiday.
The front door of this stunning villa opens to an open space with the dining area and lounge on the right and the kitchen on the left. All areas enjoy breath-taking views over the sea. On the left hand side there is a cloakroom, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area with seating for 5. There are 2 Kuppersbuch ovens and a microwave, 2 Siemens fridges and a freezer. The induction hob is also Kuppersbuch, a Nespresso coffee machine and a Smeg kettle and toaster. There is also a Juice maker and a Nespress Capuchino machine.
On the right hand side there is a dining table for 10 and next to it the lounge area with a Samsung smart TV and Sonos sound system. There is MEO TV, Apple TV, Netflix and Amaon Prime (please sign in with your personal accounts)..
On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower and a Samsung smart TV, opening to the terrace and pool area with views over the sea. Bedroom two is a double bedroom with king size bed; with walk in shower en-suite bathroom and bathtub, as well as a closet area. The bedroom opens to the pool area and has views over the sea.
Located in between the open plan dining and kitchen space, you have stairs that take you to the lower floor. In front of you at the bottom of the stairs you have bedroom three, with double bed and en-suite walk in shower, patio doors opening to the garden and Samsung smart TV. Next to this room there is bedroom four with 2 double beds (150m width) and en-suite walk in shower. There is a Samsung smart TV. This bedroom also has direct access to the garden.

There is an extra room on this floor, with no natural light, and with one single bed.
The lounge and kitchen opens to the terrace with outside dining table for 10 plus 2 tall tables with 2 chairs each. There is also a relaxing area with 2 shaded large beds as well as 8 sun loungers.
Outside there is an amazing large swimming pool (13mx7m) with sea views, with electric cover ( pool can be heated against an extra cost). The villa is built in a slope and there are stairs from the lounge area to the downstairs area. Outside there is a spacious garden, a water feature with a cascade on the wall of the house. There is also a large trampoline ideal to keep children entertained. Near the garage door, on the shade, there is a tennis table.
On the lower level there is the laundry room with Siemens washing machine and dryer.
The gate opens to a very spacious driveway with access to the garage on the right.
Maid service is provided 3 x per week(except bank holidays). Bathroom towels and bedroom linen is included in the rental price.
