A lovely 3 bedroom modern apartment in a central area of Paphos, featuring a free parking spot and its own large private balcony on the third floor with a nice city and sea view. A perfect place for families and groups of up to 6 people that are seeking relaxation as every window in the property is triple glazed limiting any noises to the minimum.

The property is located within a short walking distance of a number of convenience stores and supermarkets. Also within walking distance you will a bus stop that connects with the two central bus stops in Paphos. Additionally, if you are using a car within a short driving distance will find a number of beautiful sandy beaches and within a few minute's drive, you can explore more areas in Paphos to see the Zoo, waterpark, Luna park, more taverns, and fish taverns. The house also has easy access to the road to Polis, Akamas, and the Freeway.

As you enter the apartment straight ahead of you will find the living room and at your right the modern and fully equipped kitchen. As you enter the kitchen you will find a nice and stylish table along with 4 high chairs and large storage areas. Further inside you will find the preparation area of the fully equipped kitchen offering everything from a full-sized stove to tableware and cooking utensils. At the end of the kitchen, a double glass door leads to a small balcony. In the living room, you will find 2 large sofas and a small table, a smart TV, and the dining table. If you walk outside the two glass doors you will find yourself on the balcony with an amazing city and sea view.

The corridor that you will find on your left side leads to the bedroom and bathroom area. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also features a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a double sofa bed along with an exercising bicycle. All bedrooms have their own wardrobes and are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The main bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a bathtub.
