All four bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.
The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two by the firepit accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter. The kids will love running around in the spacious backyard.
Take advantage of the amazing views of the surrounding orchards and vineyards offered by your own colourful piece of Orange countryside that surrounds the home.
THE LOCATION
The home is located just a short 5 minute drive into town. Within less than 10 minutes you will find yourself in the CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants, parks and more.
Mount Canobolas is also only a 10 minute drive away where you can do a lovely lake walk and stop in at the lake kiosk and cafe, as well as the small Italian restaurant 'Fiorinis' - one of Orange's best authentic Italian Restaurants that only the locals know about.
Vineyards and Cellar Door Tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

You can request an early check in or a late checkout that we will approve pending availability and the payment of any necessary fees.

Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

There will be cherries for sale in the warmer months. If you would like to purchase a box whilst you stay, please reach out to the hosts so they can help you.
Please note that any bookings between mid-December to mid-January may see many visitors and fruit pickers in the surrounding orchards during the day. It is a busy time of year being Cherry season as it is a working orchard.
Fireplace & Firepit: this property has a fireplace and firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
