A modern and spacious 210 m2 residence with wonderful outdoors, and all modern amenities for a hassle free stay. In total, 12 persons can be accommodated in both flats. On the first floor, you have access to one independent flat (90m2) offering one double and one twin bedroom plus one bathroom with a bathtub. The flat offers an open space kitchen with dining and living room plus wonderful balconies overlooking the Cretan Sea in the background.
On the ground floor, there is a slightly larger flat (95m2) offering one twin and one triple ensuite bedroom (with one double and one single bed), while both rooms have direct access to balconies.
There is an open space living room with two sofas, TV and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an extra set of dining table and chairs. There is also one main bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine plus an ensuite bathroom with shower in the triple bedroom.
Our residence offers a spacious terrace with a private (& heated) swimming pool ideal for relaxation. Last but not least, there is access to a beautiful roofed terrace. There is a sitting and dining area ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals.
Our residence is strategically located close to the world famous beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonissi but also in the peaceful and rural village of Polemarchi ideal for those seeking to escape the tourist crowds and enjoy the original Cretan living amidst the olive and citrus groves.

Our residence is situated in the center of the Polemarchi village where you can find one shop providing food, beverages and a mini market. At the nearby town of Tavronitis, at a 4 min drive you will find a range of shops such as bakeries, butchers and supermarket. You will also find pharmacy and ATMs. There is a bus stop offering daily and regular routes to Chania. Taxi service is also available.
The town of Kolymbari at an 8min drive has a beautiful seaside promenade, with plenty of restaurants famous for their fresh fish and local cuisine as well as cafes and beach bars.
The nearest beaches are either Tavronitis beach (3,9km) or Maleme beach (6km). Additionally, the greater area is famous for the crystal clear sandy beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonisi, located just a short driving distance away. Half an hour away from central Chania and the cosmopolitan Venetian harbour!
