The lush garden, complete with a pool and comfortable seating areas, provided an idyllic setting for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Whether enjoying a morning coffee by the poolside or unwinding with a glass of wine under the stars, you will find yourself drawn to this serene oasis. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos with an incredible view of Lake Como, you will have a great time and will definitely be back every summer:)....Each of the 5 bedrooms are very comfortable, a perfectly equipped kitchen, lovely swimming pool, spacious living areas....A dream stay with memories to cherish!
Newly built villa, spacious and bright with swimming pool and beautiful lake view. The villa is elegant and refined, ideal to spend a memorable holiday on the Lake of Como with your family. It can accommodate up to 10 guests. It’s a unique solution with wide living areas, open on the flat garden, and large swimming pool. The villa is placed in a small residential complex, and enjoys an exceptional view of the lake. It is arranged on two main floors plus basement. The ground floor has a large living room with windows facing the lake and openings on the porch and garden, a comfortable kitchen very well-appointed, a guest bathroom. From this floor porch and garden are immediately accessible. A beautiful marble staircase leads to the second floor where there are 4 bedrooms including 2 en-suites and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto a large terrace, where you can enjoy the full view of the lake. Coming down from the living area, the beautiful marble staircase opens onto the party salon with nice windows overlooking the lake. At this floor there is a house-kepeer bedroom with bathroom, laundry room, and a wine cellar with exposed rock. Outside equipment rooms and storage for garden tools.
The english garden is totally flat and perfectly enjoyable, divided into areas organized for the barbecue, dining and relaxing. The pool is located at a slightly lower level than the garden and has a very large sunbathing area.

Guests have access to the entire house with the use of the two private garages.
