Here, you can expect nothing less than the best that Las Vegas has to offer: a massive pool ringed by lounge chairs, 1/2 basketball court, BBQ, a gorgeous indoor space with six huge bedrooms with private baths, a gourmet kitchen and the perfect location just 5 minutes from Las Vegas Strip, you're never far from the party.
This huge Villa has more amenities than a 5 stars hotel. Swimming pool, half basketball court, full kitchen with all cooking elements, hotel-style bedding, 4K TVs with cable, walking closet, Pool table, board games, bar, and a huge backyard with BBQ.
5 of the 6 huge bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers attached.
We offer early check ins and late check out please arrange with the manager.
HOUSE RULES.
PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. No Bachelors or bachelorettes.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY DAY AND NIGHT IS 16 GUESTS.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME. All debris and butts/trash must be disposed of outside or an additional fee will be charged.
QUIET HOURS are between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please note that noise violations will result in immediate cancellation.
NOISES. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and we have strictly enforced sound ordinances. We have ZERO tolerance for parties. No outdoor music (at all, ever) is permitted during the day or night. People noise (outdoor/pool noise) is permissible during the day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM but it should be reasonable.
Noise level is measured with a privacy-free noise meter.
PETS are welcome with advance notice. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture and they are to do their business outdoors. All pet waste must be picked up immediately afterward.
SECURITY CAMERAS. For your safety and security, the home comes with a security system as well as exterior cameras.
POOL We have no control over the weather. The pool cleaning is performed every week if you need the pool cleaned at check-in the fee is $75. Please contact the manager 3 days before your check-in date.
THERMOSTATS. The smart ACs and Heating system is limited between 66 and 78 (winter time), and 70 to 78 (summer time). This is to comply with the power company’s recommendations to avoid blackouts and freezing of the AC system.
OVERNIGHT GUESTS AND DAYTIME VISITORS
All daytime and overnight guests must be disclosed at the time of the reservation. The fee for undisclosed guests after the reservation is approved is $500 per guest per night.
UTILITIES. Excessive use of utilities, trash, laundry, and cleaning will require extra fees.
Rearranging indoor and outdoor furniture, and reprogramming TV remotes or settings will require extra fees.
TRASH. Bulk items should be removed by the guest before check-out.
