Summary: The property was beautiful and very clean. The problem is having to tiptoe around inside because residents are sprinkled amongst vacationers. We are all military and were catching up yet we were blamed for talking on the balcony after 10p and even more insulting was being asked if we were smoking weed when there was a huge group of people across the complex who were laughing and talking loudly. Someone was out walking and smoking. No one in our party smokes anything. I found that to be very demeaning and disrespectful. Its impossible to ask people to be completely quiet when they are not partying or playing any music, tv, etc. The next day a lady on the elevator asked if we heard the loud talking on the other side of the complex. We asked if she heard us talking. She said no, it was across the complex. This is the only reason we would never rent here again. In my opinion, villas should not be rented in the midst of homeowners. Overall, it meant our expectations with the exception of the above. It's just not meant for vacationers.
