This house is the 1st level of a large beach house duplex. There are 2 separate houses in the duplex. Each house is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire unit including private entrance, private backyard with private pool, outdoor dining and lounge areas and free parking in driveway.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
Guest should report any issue immediately so the host can try resolve it quickly and efficiently. *SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the house or balcony at any time. in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor in the hosue, damage fee will be charged in full. *Motorcycles can be parked in driveway. Trailers must be parked on side or in rear of house in accordance with city ordinance. *Quiet time after 10PM *No hanging towels in the balcony. *Must be 21 years old or older to book and check in.
