This charming retreat has been beautifully and thoughtfully remodeled with many designer touches to offer guests the ultimate relaxation experience. While it has been remodeled recently, it hasn't lost its historic touches that strike the perfect balance between old Park City and new. The most notable upgrades include top-notch appliances, a designer's kitchen, comfortable new bedding, brand new furnishings throughout, and upgraded ensuite bathrooms.
The main living space is located on the second floor of the home. Here you'll find an exquisite open floor plan seamlessly and effortlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one inviting living space. The living room is the ultimate gathering spot with a comfortable leather sofa, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV with cable and Netflix, and ample windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a private balcony right off of the main living room offering beautiful views of the Jeremy Ranch mountainside community and a portion of the Jeremy Ranch Golf Course.
The dining area features an elegant six-person table, but if you'd like something informal or relaxed, the kitchen island has four comfortable stools available. Speaking of the kitchen, it's fully equipped with exquisite stainless steel appliances that will make a difference when it's time to cook. Down the hall, and to your left, is a half bathroom, and if you continue, you'll find a bedroom complete with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a tic-tac-toe game, a small desk, and an ensuite full bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a tub.
Upstairs, the third level of the home offers unparalleled comfort and privacy with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a desk in a common area, and a laundry nook. The main bedroom boasts a small lounge area with two armchairs and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a tub. The other bedroom also has a flatscreen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The Canyon Links neighborhood is set among the hillsides and is like a small village and gives easy access to I-80, for a quick jaunt to Little or Big Cottonwood Canyon including Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. You'll also be quite close to Park City's Kimball Junction (less than three miles), which allows you to experience Park City, but be close enough to explore 12 of the 14 resorts located in Northern Utah. Traveling with kids? Then make sure to visit Solitude (17.6 miles) because it offers winter sports schools for kiddos. The Canyons lifts are six miles away, Park City four miles, and Deer Valley five and a half miles.
