Located directly on the 5th hole of the golf course with beautifully amazing views of the perfectly manicured greens and a large lake, you'll look forward to morning coffee and afternoon wine while relaxing on your own covered or open patios. The primary suite features it's own coffee station upstairs to be able to enjoy the amazing views right from the balcony without having to leave the serenity of your room! Perhaps you'd rather take in the scenery as you float around your very own sparkling in-ground heated pool or bubbling hot tub. When your travels bring you to Arizona, this truly spectacular home is in the exclusive Ocotillo Golf community in Chandler. Be prepared to create lasting family memories full of laughter, fun and luxury.

Holes on the community golf course are within walking distance. If you're an outdoor type, there are walking and biking trails not far away.
Nearby you'll find great local favorites such as The Local Chandler Sports Bar, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant, DC Steakhouse, and The Stillery which are all within 10 minutes of a drive from our home! Take the kids out for a day of fun at Big Air Trampoline or Gravity Extreme Zone Trampoline & Adventure also within 5-10 minutes from our home! For convenience, you'll also be surrounded by various options of local grocery stores from Costco, Basha's, Whole Foods Market and more within a 10 minute radius! There really is something for everyone!
-Pool heat is an additional $100/night for the duration of your stay.
-Spa heat is an additional $50/night for the duration of your stay.
Must be heated the entire stay. We request at least a 3-day notice to heat the pool prior to arrival. A schedule for alternating heat from pool to spa is required in order for proper functionality. **Pool heat is only offered October through May**

• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. • The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

• $75/pet fee. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.

• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
