Welcome to Casa Armonia, where you can enjoy privacy in its wide spaces and breathe tranquility; the ideal place to share with family and friends; with a stunning terrace and pool area. Property located 5 minutes from the Cozumel waterfront and surrounded by the Island's local life. This property has two stories, high ceilings, four extremely spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms allowing all guests to have a good time together and giving more than enough space for comfort and privacy. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The main living room is very spacious, has double height with a view and access to the pool area, which is the ideal spot for cooling off, relaxing and sunbathing. The pool has two levels of depth and ladder access; The terrace is equipped with an additional living room, outdoor dining room and a Weber grill; a common area that without a doubt is very pleasant. To rest or relax, the main room is on the upper floor equipped with a living room, full bathroom, closet and a terrace overlooking the pool; the adjoining room has a city view terrace, full bathroom, closet and its own dressing room. On the ground floor, two additional bedrooms are located, each one with their own full bathroom, a small studio and independent access to the pool area. Our kitchen has all the necessary utensils for food preparation; For greater comfort, we offer daily breakfast service or for specific days, if required, please notify us a couple of days in advance (service with additional cost). The dining room has capacity for up to 10 people with ample space and a buffet table. The rent of the house includes ONE general cleaning service from 9am - 1pm when staying 6 nights or more (except on Sundays). The property has two covered parking spaces with electric gates, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for use during your stay; For greater comfort we offer laundry services (service with additional cost). At Casa Armonia we will always be waiting for you! Guest can access the entire property, we only have one room locked that is our personal owner's closet. The neighborhood is safe and quiet mostly surrounded by locals; around the area you can find laundry services, bread stores, public parks, small restaurants and access to the main avenues of Cozumel.
