Although this is a Basement, the place is actually at Ground Level with High Ceilings and Tall Windows offering amazing sunset views over Utah Lake. While the owner lives upstairs, the home is completely separate with a Private Entrance, Covered Patio in the Backyard and the Entire Bottom Level of the home is Private for our guests to enjoy. Enjoy your stay in Luxurious Fashion at this home tastefully designed with guests in mind, you will find all you need from a fully equipped kitchen, Pool Table, a Laundry Room and 3 TVs with access to Dish Channels.
