Our flat on the main street. It is in the middle of the area where there are many markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, stores.

The area is very safe. The surroundings, parking lot and entrance of the apartment building are monitored by cameras. Families live on the 2nd floor where the flat is located, there are offices on the 1st floor and shops on the ground floor.

City minibuses pass in front of the apartment. The bus stop of the universities is within walking distance. Also there are 2 swimming pools in walking distance, which one of tmek is heated. Guest have to pay for use them.
The flat is on the aveneu which name is Şehit Kemal Ünal Caddesi.
Also Gynolife IVF, Dream IVF Consultation, abd Cprus Life Hospital (IVF center) in 2 mins walking distance.
Metropol Supermarket is very close (220 metres far away) our apartment where you can find everything you need, including daily hot home meals.

The place
* There are shops on the ground floor of the 2-storey apartment where the flat is located, offices on the first floor, and apartments where families live on the second floor. The car park of the apartment and the municipal car park 50 meters from the apartment are free of charge. There is always hot water in the apartment and free internet.

*2 large single beds (105x200) and 1 sofa bed (105x200 cm) can comfortably accommodate up to three people.

*Clean sheets, linens, bath and face towels are provided per each guest. Also duvet and blanket provided in winter.

* In the kitchen where guests can cook and refrigerate the food. There is a refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave, 2-burner gas stove, pots, pan, and dishes etc.

* Also there is free washing machine in the flat.

* *The flat has air conditioner. It provides cool or warm air, as required. Also there is a mobile fan.

* The flat has free internet, free parking space for the flat.

*About area
There are many markets, restaurants and shops around. Metropol Supermarket, one of the 4-5 big markets of Nicosia, is only 220 meters from the flat. The market even has hot home cooked meals prepared fresh daily. The flat is on Şehit Kemal Ünal Caddesi, one of the most famous shopping centers of Nicosia. So the walking is very enjoy in the our house area. There are many private hospitals (in vitro fertilization center) within 500 meters of the apartment and Nicosia Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital 1 kilometer away.

The flat on the aveneu. Intercity bus (dolmuş) pass this aveneu per 10 minutes during day.
Also you can reach the bus stop by walking for go another city. There is a bus every 10 minutes.

The apartment is 22 km away from the Ercan Airport, 65 km away from the Larnaca Airport.

You can come to Nicosia bus terminal from the Ercan airport by KIBHAS company buses, paying a fee of 200 TRY.

You can rent a bicycle from the bicycle rental point (owned by Nicosia Turkish Municipality), which is very close to the apartment (200 metres), and you can travel all over Nicosia.
If you want to cross to Southern Cyprus, you can deliver the bike to the station at the border gate.

ABOUT ELECTRICITY
The electricity meter is checked on the day of guests' check-in and check-out. Guests can be check their consumption by checking the meter during their stay.
1)When determining the price for stays less than 28 nights, we included 30 kWh electricity consumption per week in the price. Excess consumption is paid by the guest (1kWh = 25 penny= 0.25 UK pounds).
2)Electricity consumption is not included in the price when determining the price for stays 28 nights or more. The guest pays the electricity bill.
**According to our experience, "during a one-week stay, an average of 30 kWh of electricity was consumed in the spring and autumn months", and during a one-week stay, an average of 200 kWh in the summer and winter months".

ABOUT VISITOR: If the guests want to invite more visitors to the villa or to the pool, they will have to first ask for permission from the host. Then, the guests will have to pay extra fee for these visitors (the exact amount determined by the host) to the host through VRBO.
