2 Schlafzimmer Wohnung in Plainfaing
This 3 room flat (60m2) is in a former farm. The place is quiet as the road passing by goes only to mountains and forest.
Here we are close from everything: 20min driving from the ski resorts, lakes, famous hiking paths and Alsacian wine route. Some nice hiking path are also avaliable from the house.
Here it's a little village, only one road. The village itself is not very nice as the houses around are old but people come here for the nature: forest and mountain everywhere.
The flat:
There is a kitchen (10m2) with everything needed to cook (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, micro-wave, cofee machine, basic food, drinks and spices). The living room is 15m2 large with a big table and 2 sofa, a cofee table with lot of touristic information. The big bedroom is 15m2 large with a bed for 2 (new latex matress quite confortable), and some furnitures (chair, table, clothes rack..). The little bedroom (10m2) has a bed for 2 (a futon with double matress for more confort) and a table.
The bathroom has a bathtub but you can also shower in it and there in a washing machine.
Guest will have acces to the whole flat, a space in the cellar for ski an a parking space outside.
The house is 4 km away from the center of Plainfaing. Drive in the direction ''Le valtin''. In Habaurupt (name of the neighborhood) when you see the road sign ''Théatre de verdure'' on the right side, just look at the left side and you will see the house 100m further. You can park on the back side of the house and I will be there if I hear you. If not, feel free to come inside the house and ring at my door on the first floor.
I live next door so I will be avaliable and happy to help my guests to spend good time here. I love hiking so I can give you some advice about the paths around.
The flat is in a very good state but the house is old, so the phonic isolation is not good. You could hear some steps and the neighbor could hear yours but everybody in the house is used to it so everybody is respectful.
The garden is not over yet and some houses around seem quite old but most of the people come here for the nature around (and the price) and don't care about such details.
Please, note there is not TV, but I guess you don't come here to watch TV ;) and wifi is available

The house is in a narrow valley: here there is one street with houses and montains with forest on each side.
There is a lot to do around. Everything is about 20min driving: ski resorts, lakes, most famous hiking paths on the top of Vosges, alsacian wine route with typical villages as Kaysersberg...

Here you certainly need a car. It's possible to come here by bus (3 buses each day) but the closest shop is 3km away.
