Outdoors are two all-weather tennis courts, childrens play area, lakeside walking trails and a scenic jogging track. Two well-stocked coarse fishing lakes are on-site. Waterside coarse fishing lakes provide an unrivalled experience for amateur and experienced anglers alike. The two lakes are well stocked with 12 species of fish, including common and mirror carp as well as quality roach, rudd, bream and tench. Mixed catches of 50lb are common and the lake record stands at 156lb. Fishing licences are required by law. Fishing is free to residents.
