* Dishwashing: Kindly wash dishes after use. Extra cleaning fees may apply for unwashed dishes.
* Parking: Parking is available in the driveway (side-by-side) and garage. Larger or multiple vehicles can park in front of the house.
* Relaxation & Exercise Equipment: Enjoy our sauna, massage chair, and vibration plate exercise machine. (Note: We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents while using this equipment.)
* Return Accessories: Please return any items to their proper places at the end of your stay.
* Consumables: Occasionally, leftover condiments or snacks may be available. Please inspect these items for expiration, as the host is not responsible for their consumption.
* No Furniture Rearranging: Please do not rearrange the furniture.
* Hosting Events: If you'd like to host an event (wedding, graduation, etc.), please contact us beforehand. Events are only allowed inside the home.
* Unauthorized Parties: Unauthorized parties will result in extra cleaning charges and possible immediate eviction.
* No Illegal Substances: The use of illegal drugs will result in immediate eviction and authorities being notified.
* Respect for the Home: This is a short-term rental in a residential area, not a hotel. Please treat our home with respect and keep it tidy before leaving.
