There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, while an additional fourth bedroom adjacent to the living room offers both a queen size bed and a twin trundle bed. The well-equipped kitchen boasts ample space and a gas stove, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. For dining, a large table in the dining room accommodates up to 10 guests, and an additional table on the outdoor porch creates a delightful setting for al fresco meals. Unwind in the evening with a luxurious soak in the large soaking tub found in one of the bathrooms. Completing the picture, the property boasts a beautifully landscaped front yard and backyard, complete with a deck that overlooks the scenic Rogue River. Plus, we happily welcome pets, ensuring everyone can enjoy a memorable vacation.
The second home is a charming cottage featuring an open-concept living area, combining a spacious living room, dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen complete with a large gas stove.
