Enter the apartment into an open plan dining/ living space with polished floorboards and cool artwork throughout. The dining area has a round table for 4 people, flowing through to the living space with a large comfy sofa, a ‘smart’ TV with Foxtel, stylish occasional furniture, a rug for winter comfort and a tower fan for the warmer months. To the left of the entrance you’ll find the spacious kitchen, designed with a dynamic red glass splashback and wrap-around stone benchtops, one of which doubles as a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There’s a Fisher & Paykel fridge and 2-drawer dishwasher, a 4-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven, and coffee maker. Glass doors off the living space take you out to a private balcony with 2 chairs, a table, loads of plants and views out to Surry Hills.
The apartment’s 1 available bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, built-in mirrored wardrobes, a rug over the polished floorboards and plantation shutters to control the light flow for sleep-ins. A roomy bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower with a frameless glass screen and floor-to-ceiling tiling. There’s also a dedicated laundry room providing a Fisher & Paykel top loader washing machine and separate Simpson dryer.

Located in inner-city Redfern, it’s an easy walk from the apartment to a good selection of eateries with varied cuisines, as well as a Coles supermarket (literally 1 minute stroll away). It’s a 13 minute walk to The East Village shopping centre with over 50 stores for food, fashion and services. The Moore Park Golf Course is 15 minutes on foot and it’s just a little further to the Sydney Cricket Ground and Fox studios, including the weekend grower’s market.
Getting Around:
With only timed street parking available, the apartment is best suited to guests who enjoy walking or use public transport, with several bus services nearby taking you into the CBD (Downtown) about 30 minutes.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
