Picture this: You wake up to a sunshine filled room, the morning light reflecting off the lake just outside. You stretch, and head to the kitchen for fresh coffee—ready to relish another perfect day in Naples. Inside, three serene bedrooms and a den await. Two bedrooms offer king beds—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring—and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a reading nook, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. The den provides extra sleeping space with a pullout couch. The work nook in the kitchen provides a monitor and keyboard for those who need to check in on work.
When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and a cooler to make your day on the sand effortless. Return home to rinse off under the outdoor shower, fire up the gas grill for an alfresco feast, and dine poolside with the lake’s tranquil view. In winter, the heated pool keeps the water inviting.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The private pool and covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts.

Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
