Southwest Serenity offers you a brand new beautifully decorated home in Southern Utah that’s just minutes from Snow Canyon hiking and biking trails, and a short 45 minutes to Zion National Park and Sand Hollow state park!
The main floor has a spacious great room, with plenty of room on the leather sectional sofa to enjoy the TV or just to visit! There is a huge dining room table with seating for 10 and additional seating at the counter for three. The dining room can accommodate 14 (table seats 10 plus has an extra leaf to seat a family up to 14 with extra chairs in the closet and at the counter). You can step out to the patio and enjoy a grill for some delicious barbeque. The kitchen is lovely with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. It is loaded with all you need to prep and serve your family favorites. The large master suite is located on the main floor and it, too, has a TV for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has double sinks and a step-in shower. There is a half bath and a stacked washer and dryer down the hall and a darling welcoming entryway with a uniquely decorated staircase!
Upstairs you find a second living space with another TV and an awesome telescope to enjoy the beautiful night sky that Saint George has to offer year-round. A full bath just off the family room adds convenience. There is a huge outdoor deck with comfy patio seating, a fire pit to enjoy in the evening, and a fun patio table and chairs. Heavenly! The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor as well. The queen bedroom has a TV and steps out to another deck to enjoy views day or night. The bunkroom also steps out to that deck and has a full bathroom as well. There is one more full bathroom just across the hall from the queen bedroom.
Southwest Serenity offers you a fantastic home for you to relax and create wonderful memories, we look forward to your stay. Two living/hangout spaces so kids/adults can have their own areas to lounge/hang. A patio table and chairs just off the living room.
