KITCHEN: Spacious and modernized family kitchen that is as functional as it is beautiful. Wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, use the oven or microwave to make a homemade breakfast, and sit down at the table to discuss your plans for the day. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded
AMENITIES: We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items such as extra towels/ blankets/ toilet paper /soap /salt /pepper /cooking spray etc
INTERNET: The house has reliable high-speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway!

No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. Smoking within our buildings will incur a $250.00 service fee.

Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
We do not offer food or beverages onsite. You are welcome to bring your food and beverage needs to last for your stay or drive 20 minutes into Waco for restaurants.
We have charcoal grills conveniently located outside your cabin, please bring your charcoal.
PETS: We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees
NUMBER OF GUESTS: MAXIMUM of 4 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.
