The Space:
Trifecta is a serviced apartment in the charming town of Arden just south of Asheville that includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished rooms, and free private parking.
This newly built community is near only 15 minutes to best food, drinks, shopping, parks, nightlife, sights, and landmarks of Asheville. Close to Biltmore, Asheville Regional Airport & Pisgah Forest, and only minutes to mountain biking, hiking, tubing, climbing, breweries, and more.
What you'll really like about staying at the Trifecta:
• Cleanliness. Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation, while many other listings in the city are not. You'll really appreciate staying at a clean and well taken care of space.

• Safety. Our townhome is located in an apartment community that has security cameras, is well-lit, and has an enclosed garage for private parking. We also have an outside camera above the hallway entrance and outdoor patio that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests, and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside.
