Baker, and surrounding wildlife. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is the perfect oasis-like retreat for your next vacation. Bring your dog! Let the stress melt away as you sit on the spacious deck and watch nature's dance unfold. The waterfront is rich with wildlife - otters, seals, Bald eagles, herons, and so much more. You may even catch a glimpse of the Orcas playing in the distance.
As you enter the main living space on the first level, you will be greeted with floor to ceiling windows that allow an abundance of light and incomparable water views. The open concept living/dining area with double story high ceilings is comfortably equipped with contemporary furnishings. You will enjoy relaxing ambiance of the gas fireplace to wind down from a busy day. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is complete with aWolfrange,Caf appliances, and all the tools you need for an easy snack or a culinary challenge. Need coffee or tea to start your day off right? The kitchen is equipped with aNespresso machine, drip coffee maker, French press, OXO coffee grinder, andFellow tea kettle.
You are welcome to use thewasher and dryerin the laundry/mud room just off the kitchen which also is a convenient access point to and from all your beach excursions.
The second floor offers an elegant master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and 2nd bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the water with expansive windows to take in the unobstructed views of the water, mountains, and San Juan Islands. You are sure to sleep peacefully on the cloud-like king sized beds and all rooms have blinds for privacy.
The community space on the 2nd floor affords incredible views of the Puget Sound and Olympic mountains. The cozy seating is a perfect place for game night, watching some of your favorite streaming services on the77" television screen,enjoying some relaxing music with theSonossurround sound, or trying out a Peloton challenge with thePeloton Guide.
This home has child proofing features to give you additional peace of mind when traveling with your little ones. Cabinets containing cleaning solution have childproof locks, outlet covers are on all unused outlets, a baby gate is installed at the bottom of the stairs, the deck is gated, and the front yard gate can also be closed to the road. Although the back yard is open to the beach, access to that yard is gated.
A discount of 10% off for 5-7 nights and 15% off for 8 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. The discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction in VRBO. For stays over 21 days, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge.
Your safety is important. Please note that the house is equipped with fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, First Aid kits, and outdoor Nest security cameras. The cameras monitor the driveway and the beach.

Pets are also allowed, but we ask that you be mindful of the light colored carpets. There will be wipe off towels, a gate to block the upstairs until you are ready, and throws to protect furniture to help you keep it clean. Additional pet fee is $100, but cleaning furniture would be additional.
