Today, the homestead has been beautifully restored and offers a unique blend of rustic charm with boho chic interiors and modern amenities on 5 picturesque acres.
The cabin features a large eat-in kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for family and friends, as well as a spacious dining room and living room with a wood stove. There is also a cozy sunroom, ideal for playing cards or board games and enjoying the beautiful views of the back yard. The cabin also features a private office just in case you need to work remotely.
Outside there are multiple decks, porches, and sweet places to have a morning coffee, read, picnic, meditate or do yoga. You will enjoy finding your great place to start or finish the day! This peaceful setting in Brown County is a dream property bordering Sycamore Land Trust on one side and featuring almost 5 acres of mature wooded rolling hills with trails as well as a flat manicured yard perfect for playing corn hole, horse shoes, badminton and disk golf. There’s also a spacious chicken coop providing fresh free range eggs, fenced pen, and lovingly tended gardens.
