Upon entering, you’ll be met by the spacious open concept layout design. The living room has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and balcony access and the dining has room to seat 4. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counters, ceramic tile backsplash and soft-close cabinets and drawers. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two full-sized beds.
During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the community’s luxury amenities including two courtyard swimming pools, 24 hour gym, direct lake access with paddleboard/kayak docking, dog park, on site food truck dining and a rooftop overlooking Lady Bird Lake. There is also over 15,000 square feet of on-site retail and restaurants. Please note that parties are not permitted at this home.
