The front desk downstairs is applicable to hotels, but not to Airbnb, so the front desk will not provide any services. Therefore, please do not communicate with the front desk. You can contact me with Vrbo or call me for any matters.
Cleaning
If you want to use the sofa bed, please tell me after completing the reservation, and I will ask the cleaning company to prepare the bedding for the sofa bed. Each bed will be equipped with sheets and pillowcases. Each guest will have a towel during their stay. The toilet will be equipped with 3 rolls of toilet paper. If you need to buy toilet paper yourself during your stay, I will reimburse you for the cost.
Food Safety
For food safety reasons, we do not provide condiments such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc. You can bring your own, or walk to the nearby Woolworths or Aldi supermarket to buy.
Parties and Noise
This property is strictly prohibited from holding any form of party. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
If you violate the rules, we will charge a fine of at least $2000 and have the right to call the police.
Tea and Coffee
Tea bags and coffee are provided in the room, please feel free to use them.
