This lovely spacious 3 bedroomed/3 terraced Villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful complex with its pretty tiled and beautiful garden with stunning views of the Pink Lakes and beyond ocean views from all of its 3 terraces. It is a breath away from the communal pool and is only 800 yds walk to a well stocked supermarket and safe children's play areas and a lovely stroll into the local village with its many watering holes, restaurants and bueatiful church. A 20 min drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of Guardamar and 15 min drive into the main town of Torrevieja with its Water Park , golf courses and various beaches and nightlife.The large roof top solarium ideal for sunbathing and great views of surrounding area.
Leading from the main bedroom which has a large double bed, french windows opening out onto a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. On the same level there is a twin bedded room and bathroom.
Downstairs a groundfloor single/double room next door to a toilet and shower room, ideal for someone with restricted mobility. (5 railed steps to the front door)The garden has its own terrace leading through from the lounge and large tiled garden BBQ area excellent for entertaining.There is a F/F modern kitchen with all mod cons and a lounge/diner for 6.
