THE LOCATION...
The Beachside neighborhood of Key West is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on the southern side of the island. Just a couple blocks from the west end of Smathers Beach, and just down the street from Higgs Beach, SOL VERDÉ is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and walk the few steps down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from Smathers beach or the White Street Pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute for a beachside meal, or bike ride down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions. There’s off-street parking available in the driveway for one vehicle, as well as additional on-street parking for extra vehicles, mopeds, and bicycles in front of the house.

SOL VERDÉ is a one-story ranch-style home with an open living area. The cozy living room has a plush sectional sofa that sits in front of the large flat screen TV. Across from the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and all of the tools you will need to prepare meals from the comfort of home. The indoor dining table is situated next to the kitchen, with seating for six. There are also three stools at the kitchen bar for extra guests or a casual bite. A dedicated workspace is located at the end of the hall in case you need to get some work done during your vacation.

The private back yard was made for enjoying Key West's beautiful weather, year-round. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the warmer months and can be conveniently heated in the cooler months.
