Upon entering this beauty of a home, you will find a beautifully decorated open floor plan with high ceilings. The welcoming living room provides you with a fantastic spot to wind down and stream fun shows and movies on the large TV. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals for the crew. When it comes to indoor entertainment, this snowbird-friendly retreat offers a game room in the garage with a pool table, a foosball table, a dartboard, and a smart TV.
And if you would like to experience some true Florida living, make your way over to the large, covered lanai offering great views of the very large retention pond and no rear neighbors! The extended pool deck boasts an oversized heated pool with an attached spill-over spa where you can spend your evenings treating yourself to a soothing bath. Poolside loungers allow you to effortlessly work on your tan while the outdoor dining area offers a great spot to dine alfresco.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the large main suite can be found on the main floor. It overlooks the gorgeous pool area and has a smart TV and an en suite bath with a soaking tub and a shower. On the second floor are two more primary suites with en suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms.
