When it comes to outdoor living, this home boasts multiple decks with impressive Gulf and bay views and a fully fenced patio with a picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after a delightful day at the beach. Additionally, you are granted access to the community's outdoor pool.
As you enter, you will be welcomed by an open concept living area with stained pine floors throughout. The coastal-themed living room offers a great spot to unwind, play board games, and watch entertaining shows on the smart TV. The open kitchen has been appointed with granite countertops, an island with seating, and all stainless steel appliances, including an LG fridge, a stovetop, a dual built-in oven, and a wine fridge. There is a pantry as well. This floor houses two bedrooms.
The second floor enjoys two bedrooms, one of them being a primary suite with a screened deck offering impressive Gulf views, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a double sink vanity, and a separate shower.
