Hello, I propose you this nice F1 on 2 levels, very pleasant to live.
In the center of Montlhéry and at 180m from the market place, this apartment is on the second floor and gives onto the street of the doctor Ogé, in one direction. We reach it by the interior court.
Its 25 m² are arranged and furnished with thought and care. I made it as for me. It was renovated by professionals during the summer of 2020.
Day room: Kitchen & Living Room.
This living room is spacious and consists of a 2 seater sofa with up&down table and folding chairs. The 127cm Led TV connected to wifi can be oriented towards the sofa or the kitchen. A large cabinet allows the storage of books or dishes. This room is decorated with mirrors, paintings, decorations and storage shelves.
The kitchen, and not a kitchenette, is well equipped!
It has plenty of storage space, a single sink, a combi oven + microwave, a 2-burner induction cooker, an extractor hood, a large refrigerator with freezer (3*). Everything you need to live there is already present: Plates, glasses, cutlery, dishes, pans, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, tea towels, placemats, trivets, bagless vacuum cleaner, etc.

You will find a bed 140cm with comforter, pillows and bed linen and a column furniture with drawer for the storage of the linen.
