You won’t forget your time in our cozy cabin on Lewis Smith Lake in Alabama. It’s on a quiet cove with year round water with a private boat dock, swim pier, back porch, and fire pit outside!
After a day on the water, make sure to relax on the back porch and watch the sunset.
Smith Lake is a beautiful place to get away. Our Slice of Smith cabin boasts great views on a quiet area of the lake. No matter what season, you won’t want to leave!

The space
Our tiny cabin is a fun little getaway! You’ll love the cozy interior (750 total sq ft) with a master bedroom and two sleeping lofts with full size mattress that are ideally suited for child use.
At our private boat slip and swim pier, guests have access to two kayaks along with many floats and water toys to borrow during their stay. Our guests love that the area is quiet so they can swim in the beautiful emerald water without being disturbed by boat wakes.
The year-round deep water is excellent for fishing or swimming off the swim pier. Bring your boat and use our covered slip to dock it.
There is plenty of room onsite to park several vehicles including room for boat trailers as well.
Our property has several flights of stairs leading down to the boat dock and lake area. ( Over 100 steps) This is a very common feature for many properties on Smith Lake’s beautiful and deep year round water.
Our home may not be suitable for guests that cannot climb numerous stairs.
Our cozy cabin is about a 5 minute boat ride away from Trident marina restaurant (seasonal) and approximately 20 minutes from I-65/1 hour from Birmingham, Alabama.
The nearest public boat launch is only a 5 minute drive away at Arrowhead Park. There is a Dollar General grocery and gas station within a 5 minute drive from the cabin too.
