Welcome to our Airbnb home! We hope you enjoy your stay with us. To ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please follow these house rules:
1. No shoes inside: Please remove your shoes at the door and leave them on the shoe rack provided. This is to keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests.
2. No extra guests: The number of guests listed in your reservation is the maximum number allowed in the home. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval from the host.
3. No parties: Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings are allowed in the home at any time. We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
4. No food or drinks in the bedrooms: To prevent stains and spills, please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the bedrooms.
5. No pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed in the home. We want to ensure that our home remains allergen-free for all guests.
6. No black cat inside: There is a black cat that walks around the property, but please do not let it inside the home.
7. Responsibility for damage: If something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately and send pictures of the item. Airbnb may require you to pay for any damages caused by your group.
8. Jacuzzi: When using the jacuzzi, please ensure that the cover is put back on when you are finished.
9. Pool: Please put the pool cover back on when you are finished using it, and return all pool toys to their designated tote. The pool will be heated to at least 82 degrees F as soon as the outside temperature sustains 50 degrees. It is super expensive to heat.
10. No unsupervised children: For safety reasons, no children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool or jacuzzi without adult supervision.
11. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm.
12. Off-limits areas: The outdoor shed, garage, under storage below the deck in the backyard, and food storage room .
13. No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts or vaping materials in the designated outdoor ashtray.
14. Pool safety: For safety reasons, the pool deck gates need to be closed at all times to avoid accidents. Children should be supervised at all times when near the pool area.
15. Garbage and recycling: Garbage and recycling days are on Monday. The trash cans are located in the backyard behind the double gate doors. Please ensure that all trash and recycling is disposed of properly and in the designated bins.
16. No visitors without approval: Visitors are not allowed on the property unless they have been approved by the Airbnb hosts in advance. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Consequences for breaking the rules:
We take our house rules very seriously, and failure to comply with them may result in penalties or additional charges. If any damage is caused to the property or if any of the rules listed above are violated, guests may be charged additional fees or asked to leave the property.
