This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. To help maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM and be respectful of our neighbors. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
All of the home’s amenities are located either inside the home or in the fully fenced private backyard. Guests are not permitted to enter or access any neighboring properties under any circumstances.
Other Things to Note:
This property is equipped with Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight security cameras for your comfort, safety, and peace of mind.
HOUSE RULES:
- Guest Limit: Maximum of 16 guests unless approved in advance. *Any guests visiting the property, even if they're not staying overnight, would need to be added to the reservation.

- Pets: No pets allowed inside or on the property. A $1000 fee will apply for violations and guests may be asked to leave.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 9 AM.
- No large outdoor speakers or fireworks.
- Small personal speakers are allowed—keep volume respectful.
- Do not retrieve balls from neighboring yards or knock on doors—contact us if needed.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply.
- Firewood/Propane Safety:
- Cover the firepit after use.
- Fully extinguish fires.
- No lighter fluid or charcoal in fire pits or fireplaces—violations may result in a $500 fine.
- Trash: Bag all trash before placing it in bins. No loose trash or bags on the ground.
- Accidents: Report any damage or spills promptly.
- Cleaning: Excessively dirty homes may incur extra cleaning fees.
- Check-Out: Standard check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise agreed. Late check-outs incur a $100 fee per 30 minutes.
- Basketball Rim: No dunking or hanging—damages will result in a fine.
- Hot Tub: Cover after each use.
- Outdoor Games: Please return all items to the metal rack or storage door after use.
- Doors & Drains: Shut all doors properly (including storm doors) and keep French drains clear of debris.
Important Note:
Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, tampering with security systems, or disturbing the neighborhood may result in a fine of up to $1,500 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
