SLEEPS 20!! Our Modern Farmhouse, in the heart of wine country, features “3 houses in one.” We offer the best of both worlds, with 3 separate living areas, 3 dining rooms, and 3 fully equipped kitchens, yet the main house and yard are ample enough where all can gather together.
The space
There are a total of 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Perfect for multiple families and friends, wedding groups, family reunions, and everything in between!
You will find all the comforts of home in each of our 3 full kitchens, complete with coffee maker and microwave. We also provide two outdoor grills, high speed internet, WiFi, smart TVs, an assortment of outdoor sports equipment and a collection of family friendly board games. And if the evening feels right, you’re welcome to start up a relaxing fire in the outdoor fire pit.
Be sure to gather your family and friends together in the football field sized backyard to enjoy a game of football or soccer, kickball or ultimate frisbee.
The Main House sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The large Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has one king size bed and one queen size bed with an en suite full bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one with two twin beds and the other a queen with a shared full bathroom. The Main Floor has a very comfortable queen sofa bed in its own private room. There is also a full guest bathroom.
The Daylight Basement Apartment sleeps 6 and has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a full bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds.
The Garage Apartment sleeps 4 and has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bathroom. There is also a full convertible sofa bed in the living room.
The open concept main floor has an expansive kitchen and bar area perfect for large groups. The bar has seating for 6 and the large hand-made farmhouse table seats 12. There is also a screened in porch off the dining room with seating for 11. A folding table and chairs is also provided for additional seating if your entire group would like to share a meal together or hang out and play games.
Looking to head into town? Our Cheerful Modern Farmhouse is an easy 10 minute drive to the historic Dahlonega Square. You’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops, museums and the occasional live music.

You have access to the entire property. The garage and host closets are not accessible. The property boundary is bordered by the woods and fence line.
Other things to note
This has been our family home for nearly 10 years and we love our next door neighbor. However, we do want to provide full disclosure: our next door neighbor does run his small, family owned and operated towing service out of his home. So there is some occasional noise. We have installed a 100 foot long privacy fence and we are separated by approximately 50 yards. They are wonderful neighbors and we want to respect their privacy too. So please be considerate with noise level especially toward evening hours. We hope your stay is as pleasant and peaceful as our 10 years in this home have been for us!
