Throughout all four seasons this well-appointed 3-story townhome promises great getaways for your family and friends! This is NEW to the RENTAL market as we have been using this as our Family vacation spot for years, sadly this year we can't make it up every weekend as we typically do. So reserve yours now!
The main level's open floor plan is ideal for spending quality time with your favorite people. Warm up in the great room by one of three cozy gas fireplaces to watch TV or decide on tomorrow's itinerary.
Well-equipped and offering ample counter space, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare homemade meals to refuel your crew. Gather around the dining table to share good food and great conversation. There is plenty of seating for everyone, wether at the kitchen island of the round table that seats 6.
Upstairs, you will find a spacious master suite with a queen bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV. This suite has an amazing gas fireplace that you can kick on right before bed.. or step out onto the private balcony and see if you can spot the windmills in the distance that power the county. The very large master bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks, private water closet, and a shower fit for a king.
Down the candle lit hall way and to the left your will find the guest room with ample closets, drawers, queen bed and tons of extra bedding. To the right is the BUNK ROOM that can sleep 6 (two bunk beds, both with pull out trundles). These two rooms share a well appointed bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The BRAND NEW BASEMENT contains another bedroom, full bath, living room, and ski entry airlock.
The new basement bedroom has a queen bed currently (after DEC 15th- will have TWO TWIN OVER FULLS that will sleep 4-6 people) This lower floor has a stylish full bath with stand up shower and plenty of towels and supplies.
The new lower living room has ANOTHER gas fireplace, very large flat screen TV, wet bar, and two couches.
The airlock ski room is a great place to throw on your ski gear with two separate doors to keep the cold air out!
The skiers in your group will love being RIGHT ON the ski slope. Step outside, snap on your skis and you are off for the day via SOUTHWIND SLOPE. You can buy your lift ticket in advance and get an early start on your day. You can hop on our community ski lift and ski right back to the house for a quick lunch break and then hit the slopes to get in a full day!
Take a dip in your bubbling outdoor hot tub to soothe tired muscles so that you are ready for more action.
Not a skier? We have been sled riding out our back door for years and the kids love it. Call the FREE 7 Springs shuttle to take you down to the SKI TUBING, SPORTING CLAYS, or just hang out in the lodge and Apres- ALL DAY!

We take cleaning seriously , COVID or not... This is our family vacation spot, so just know that we keep it professionally cleaned and do not treat this unit as it's part of the rental pool.
