In the immediate vicinity, you can easily walk to the popular Durlach Old Town, which offers a variety of restaurants and bars for an enjoyable evening. If you prefer the advantages of a self-prepared meal, you'll find everything you need for your own candlelight dinner at Netto, just a 5-minute walk away. Also nearby is the Turmberg, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Karlsruhe.

Our accommodation is located on a quiet side street in a residential area of Karlsruhe-Durlach. Please note that it is a quiet area.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor to the left and is available for bookings around the clock - even late at night. Our short-term rental is based on automated processes. Check-in is contactless and can be done late at night via a key box - please use this key box also for check-out.

You are welcome to park your car for free on the adjacent street.

This Simplex Apartment is a cozy 3-bedroom flat and offers a comfortable double bed (140cm x 200cm) and two cozy 90cm x 200cm beds, a dining/desk area with a chair, and a dresser are also provided in the bedrooms. In the living room, you will find a large corner couch as well as a flat-screen TV.

In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils you need for your stay. Note that there is no microwave available, but our oven is provided as an alternative - there is a large dining table in the kitchen. Non-perishable items will not be discarded after use, as fresh products do not deserve to be immediately disposed of!

If you require additional bedding, pillows, towels, or similar items, we are happy to provide them to you at short notice.

The Netto grocery store is only a 5-minute walk away. The A5 highway can be reached by car in 5 minutes, as well as the train station within walking distance.

With our 100Mbit internet connection, you can easily watch Netflix, conduct video calls, or work.

Towels, bath towels, and shower gel are of course included in the offer. Our goal is for you to feel at home while cooking, showering, and sleeping - even if you only use one bedroom privately.

Upon request, we are happy to provide you with utensils at short notice between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm if anything is missing!

Thanks to our great location, you are well connected to all places in the area. Important destinations are easily accessible via the nearby B9. Germersheim train station is just 5 minutes from the accommodation. From there, you can conveniently reach all destinations in and around Germersheim. Arriving by car is also straightforward.

Travel times to main locations are as follows:

--> To Germersheim Hauptbahnhof (main train station): approximately 5 minutes on foot
--> To Germersheim Fortress: approximately 5 minutes on foot

Arriving by car is easy, as there are free parking spaces on the adjacent street.
