Lakemore Teal brings back the classic lakeside cottage style. Beautiful combinations of deep turquoise paired with white-washed cabinets, oil-rubbed hardware, and very colorful tile selections.
All Lakemore Resort homes feature an open-concept Kitchen, Dining, 4 seasons screened porch, and main-level living room. Views from Arbutus Lake are featured in all the main living areas, and new leather furniture will provide the perfect seat to take it all in.
Lakemore Teal boasts a convenient location with easy access to the beach area and access to a 16-foot hot tub that it shares with the Black House next door.
Each house has access to a hot tub. Kayaks and SUPS are included, but TriToon and Fishing Boat rentals are not. Best trio Options: Green, Navy Brown or Teal, Black, Blue

This specific listing is for TWO homes, each with a large outdoor patio and sharing a large 16' in-ground hot tub.
The Resort is located on 11 acres and 850 feet of sandy waterfront property on the western shore of Arbutus Lake in Traverse City, MI. The property has been a lakefront resort for decades, but in 2020, the entire property was re-developed (with all new infrastructure) in a way that preserved as many of the original trees and landscape as possible.
Phase 1 construction started on the north end of the property with three 3 newly built Luxury Vacation homes. While each home has the same amenities and floor plan, they will each carry with them a different interior design.
Each House in Lakemore Resort offers the same amenities. This listing features two homes, and each home offers the following:

Arbutus Lake is a nearly 400-acre inland lake that hosts swimmers from May through October. Made up of 5 smaller lakes, all connected by channels, many refer to each section of the lake by numbers 1-5. Lakemore Resort is located on the western shore of Lake 2 (the largest of the 5 lakes), on some of the most naturally sandy areas on the entire lake. Sunrise views from the screened porches, with a cup of coffee, will be a must. Guests will enjoy a sandy bottom and a gradually increasing depth, which provides the perfect play area for kids and young swimmers. Arbutus is an all-sports lake big enough for skiing and tubing but small enough to enjoy the calm waters for stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. The rental of a Lakemore Resort home includes the use of SUP boards, kayaks, and rowboats. Onsite boat rental is also available through Lakemore, which offers 2020 Bennington Tri-toons ( 21 ft SLX (23” 9”) 140 HP). The boats are kept under the canopy on our dedicated Lakemore Resort docks.
Lakemore Resort is very close to The Brown Bridge Quiet Area, which offers miles of hiking trails. Like to snowmobile? We are in close proximity to the Boardman Valley Trail System's 81 miles of trails! Boardman River is also within 3 miles, a great place to do river tubing, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. We are only 7 mi from Vasa Single Track, a great Mountain Bike trail system. In addition, the Vasa is home to 25 km of groomed cross-country trails. Mount Holiday is only 15 minutes away, a local downhill ski hill that also offers snow tubing and zip lining. Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is only 30 miles away.
This setting is perfect for relaxing lakefront vacationing away from the hustle of town, but be sure to leave time for a short 15-minute drive to the city. Traverse City is well known for its lakefront, with countless shops and restaurants. The greater Traverse City Area is nationally recognized for Old Mission Peninsula and the Leelanau Peninsula's many wineries, as well as the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park.
