Our newly refurbished 19th-century townhouse is perfectly nestled in the heart of Shrewsbury. This historic Grade 2 listed building offers an exquisite blend of old-world charm and modern comfort, ensuring a delightful stay and flexible accomodation for up to 8 guests. Ideal accomodation for families, friends, groups or work contractors.
Spread across three storeys, our townhouse boasts 4 elegantly appointed bedrooms all fitted with black-out blinds, comfortable beds and high quality sheets and pillows for a comfortable and peaceful nights sleep.
House layout:
The front door opens into a large entrance hall with hooks and baskets to store coats, bags and shoes. Through a double archway is an extending dining table and chairs. Some games and books have been provided for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen contains tea, coffee, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge sink and hob along with plates, cups, glasses, cutleryand cooking utensils.
There is a back door from the kitchen to the outside courtyard that catches the morning sun. Table and chairs are provided for alfresco dining.
The first floor is home to a study with comfy office chair and desk. This is ideal for those who are working away from home.
The first bedroom can be set up as a twin room or a king sized bed. The lounge is next door with 2 comfy sofas and a smart TV streaming Netflix and Disney + in addition to the free channels.
The large bathroom has a large newly fitted walk in shower cubicle with a separate deep bath perfect for a relaxing soak after a hard day sightseeing or at work. Toiletries are included for your comfort and convenience.
The top floor includes 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and another bedroom which can be set up as a twin or king.

The courtyard leading to the side entrance is shared with Listers interiors and cafe which provides an on-site coffee and ice cream shop. The side entrance opens into a large entrance hall with plenty of space to store coats, bags, shoes and even golf clubs. Through a double archway is an extending dining table and chairs. Some games and books have been provided for our entertainment.
The kitchen offers a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, hob and microwave for cost effective dining solutions for your family or group. The back door from the kitchen opens to a courtyard which catches the morning sun, ideal for an alfresco breakfast.
