The Space:
Welcome to your new favourite beach house. On the outside, the beautiful home offers off-street parking and is only a short stroll down to the Lulworth beach shoreline.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the north-eastern shores of Tasmania, Lulworth is a peaceful and idyllic seaside town, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The town showcases the best of Tasmania's natural beauty, with walking paths nestled among protected vegetation bordering the shoreline. These paths offer diverse features such as volcanic rock pools, sandy foreshores, rocky shorelines, sea caves and windswept cliffs. Fishing enthusiasts will find year-round opportunities for catching Gummy Shark and tasty Flathead from mid-December to the end of January.
Lulworth boasts two sandy beaches: Lulworth Beach and Fanny’s Beach. Lulworth Beach, stretching 1.6 kilometres, overlooks the bright blue waters of Tam O'Shanter Bay, providing an ideal spot for walking or relaxation. The western end offers shelter from the winds, thanks to Black Rock Point, while the eastern end has moderately sized waves for surfing. Named after a boat called ‘Fanny', Fanny’s Beach, to the east, is a smaller, curve-shaped beach with a narrower strip of sand—an excellent option for windier days.
There are plenty of additional beaches sprinkled around nearby including the sheltered Weymouth beach which can be accessed via Short Street, Pipers River and Millers beach in Bellingham.
For golf enthusiasts, Tam O’Shanter Golf Course is open to visitors, featuring a coastal nine-hole green and an eighteen-hole course. A 30-minute drive west brings you to George Town, where you'll find a supermarket and various amenities. Don't miss the Low Head Lighthouse and the adorable fairy penguins at the Penguin Tours. Thrill-seekers can explore mountain bike networks on the outskirts.
