The kitchen provides all of your essential needs including fridge, freezer, gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. All cook-ware and utensils provided. Dining for all 6 guest ensures a fun night-in for all ages.
Snuggle up on the comfy lounges for a night of board games or kick back with a your own streaming network with large smart TV. Secure parking is great for car, beach gear and golf clubs, with built in laundry.
The second story houses all three bedrooms. Main bedroom with queen bed, balcony overlooking the local reserve and wetlands so you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst numbering the amount of local bird species. Ensuite bathroom and built- in-robes complete this main suite.
The second queen bedroom has built in robes and shares the main bathroom with the twin king single bedroom. This full bathroom has bath with separate shower, WC and vanity. All bedrooms include quality linens and towels.
The dedicated work space/ rumpus area on this second level is a great chill out environment for a quiet read or private work meeting. Free wifi is provided throughout with zoned reverse cycle heating and cooling.
