Just 6 miles off of I-99, Enjoy the charm of this unique historic home in secluded Sinking Valley. Lovely rural getaway, exquisite natural beauty! Gorgeous mountain backdrops and scenic overlook! Private pool (above-ground with deck) is reserved for you, in season. Large pavilion with grills and fridge makes a great place for multi-family events, but no drinking parties allowed.
The serenity of this place is amazing. Relax on the patio or in the comfy living rooms. Cook in the large pavilion; take walks over the hilltop for a spectacular view and a tranquil touch with nature.
This listing includes the full main house (both Suite 1 and Suite 2 of a large duplex, connected indoors), pavilion, pool, patio, firepit, children's play area, 10 acres of grounds including large lawns, brushy woods with stream and trails, and a 3-acre hay field. For winter-time fun, we have a spectacular sledding-hill next to the house.

We now have improved WiFi and boosted Cellular signal for multiple carriers, but Verizon is still accessible only when outdoors.
