This stunning vacation home offers breathtaking views of the Mark O'Meara championship golf course and the Uinta National Forest. Inside the house, you'll find a range of amenities designed to enhance your comfort and convenience. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet, and enjoy the privacy and relaxation offered by your own personal hot tub.
In the living room, there are beautiful wood floors and vaulted ceilings. There are four leather armchairs surrounding the gas fireplace, the perfect place to enjoy a good book. A mini wet bar is situated next to the fireplace should you wish to craft a homemade cocktail. Additional seating, including a comfortable sofa, surrounds a large flatscreen TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Enjoy plenty of counter space (upon granite countertops), a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and a beautiful stainless steel range. A breakfast bar allows for seating for up to two people, while the spacious dining table can seat up to six.
The patio, located off the living area, provides a cozy spot for up to four people to unwind while enjoying the fire pit or taking a dip in the private hot tub.
Upstairs, enjoy privacy on your own floor in the master bedroom. This suite features a comfortable king-sized bed, fireplace, balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bath boasts a large soaking tub, spacious shower, and double vanity.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-sized bed. The third bedroom features two sets of twin-over-double bunk beds and an ensuite bath.
The home office features a desk for remote work and a twin daybed.
A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. The garage allows for parking for up to two vehicles, while the driveway provides additional parking for two more vehicles if needed.
This home is pet friendly allowing one dog -- guests with pet must provide notification within 24 hours of booking, execute the Rental Agreement Pet Addendum, and pay a cleaning surcharge (total cleaning cost 3x the listed cleaning charge, covers deep cleaning + carpet cleaning).
While all many enjoy the beautiful scenery and many trails available at Tuhaye, please note that other community amenities are available to Talisker Club members only. Non-member guests renting are not provided access to golf, pool, clubhouse and other Talisker Club amenities. However, guests will enjoy the home's wonderful amenities including hot tub and fire table, and there are excellent public golf courses and sports clubs with daily and monthly memberships available in close proximity of Tuhaye available.
