CANYON WASH OASIS, our spacious 4 BR, 3 BA, ranch home is nestled in a gated subdivision and provides a quiet, tranquil retreat in a mountain setting. The outdoor patio overlooks impressive and serene views of both mountains and desert.
The home's 2,455 sq ft. living space includes a newly remodeled great room with a gas fireplace and TV. The open floor plan combines the great room and kitchen to create a large gathering area for conversations and togetherness.
A well stocked and modern eat-in kitchen has plenty of counter space and working room. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your choice of gourmet roast. Bar and table seating share a view of the backyard paradise. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

Our elegant home has four large bedrooms with two primary suites and three luxurious bathrooms:
-First primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bath with a garden tub, separate shower and dual vanity sinks.
-Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares Bathroom 2 with Bedroom 3.
-Bathroom 2 features a tub-shower combination.
-Bedroom 3 has a king bed and shares Bathroom 2 with Bedroom 2.
-Bedroom 4 is another primary suite with a king bed and private bath with a tub-shower combination.
-Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
-Soap and a hair dryer are supplied.
ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. All TVs in the home are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced. Hulu Live is an example of a streaming app for local news and more.
A dedicated and stocked laundry room will help you keep your wardrobe ready for your next Arizona adventure. The garage has spaces for 2 vehicles plus your clubs and recreational gear.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
