SUNNY CORNER is a sensational waterfront weekender , commanding expansive water vistas from this north aspect vantage point.
This is a space that offers a super relaxed atmosphere with wall to wall glass frontage & breathtaking views. This is a weekender with oodles of places to stretch out, relax & take in the pristine views rain hail or shine...
THE KITCHEN is fitted out to suit the most fussy home cook with gas burner cook top & full size electric oven [ plus hooded BBQ on front terrace] ; double drawer dishwasher & fridge / freezer. There is plenty of kitchen work space for the sommelier &/or kitchen hand......... the bar counter opening to the dining space gives fabulous views from the kitchen to the water!!
THE REAR LOUNGE . MEDIA ROOM with open fire & smart TV is the most cosy spot to be after sunset on cooler nights
THE OUTDOOR TERRACE is a must do on those balmy evenings - right by the waters edge watching the sunset by the open fire pit -a simply super place to stare up at the vast southern sky while roasting marshmallows over the fire.
3 BEDROOMS & 3 BATHROOMS are well separated from each other, with one king bedroom and adjoining bathroom on the main living level. Soft linen curtains on the glass french doors offer privacy from living space if required.
Then on the first level is the master queen with double glass doors through to a most spacious ensuite. The bathtub has prime position fronting the 180 degree river & mountain views - perfect for a long lazy afternoon soak .The master ensuite also includes twin hand handbasins & walk in shower.
The third bedroom with double bed has its own private balcony with hammock & adjoins the first level main bathroom.

THE INDOOR FIRE is the main heat source. Kindling & Firelighters provided. Guests BYO easy carry bags of wood, available at most service stations & at Berowra Waters Marina if hiring a boat from there OR a wood delivery service is available by prior arrangement

STAND UP PADDLE BOARD guests using board must be able to swim
SWIMMING FROM THE JETTY guests take full responsibility for their own safety . We recommend only to swim on the still of the high tide when current is not 'running'. We recommend only swimming on outer side of jetty & pontoon
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT kindling & firelighters provided for fire pit under the stars. Guests BYO easy carry bags of wood available at most service stations & at Berowra Waters Marina if hiring a boat from there
CLEANING there is NO CLEANING FEE and there is no need to clean BUT we do ask you to leave SUNNY CORNER neat & tidy as you found her.
GARBAGE there is no garbage service in the area; the boat access communities ' carry supplies in & carry garbage out' ; guests staying at SUNNY CORNER are also requested to take their garbage back to the mainland bins as the locals do.
