Water's Edge is a spacious, fully renovated, three bedroom, three bathroom home located on Lake Tiaroga. It has a spectacular lake view! Enjoy fishing, swimming, laying out on the private dock, or paddling in the private canoe!

Master Bedroom: Located on the Main Level with a King Bed and a Smart TV. The attached private bath has a shower and double vanity.

Guest Bedroom 1: Offers a Queen Bed and is located beside the master on the main level. The Guest Bathroom, with a combination tub/shower, is across the hall.

Guest Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level with two twin beds and a full bathroom just outside the door.

This home has all of the conveniences including a one-car garage and a wood-burning fireplace on the main level. The large deck off of the dining room and living room overlooks the lake. The upper deck is also partially screened with a cozy seating area.

The lower level has a Sitting Area with a large wrap-around couch, smart tv, and gas fireplace. The lower level also has a second screened porch and gentle walk out to the dock/lake.

Connestee Falls is a gated residential community, comprised of over 1,300 homes, situated on over 3,900 forested acres and over 50 miles of paved roads. The Community offers many amenities including an 18 Hole Golf Course, Heated Swimming Pool [open Memorial Day through Labor Day], Pickleball Center, Hiking Trails, Clubhouse with Two Restaurants, and more!

CONNESTEE FALLS RESORT FEE - Required by Community: Connestee Falls Property Owner's Association requires that ALL tenants pay a $150 fee per month (per property, not per tenant). This fee cannot be prorated or negotiated.
A Special Note for 2024 Guests: As of 8/17/2023, Connestee Falls is unable to confirm their "Tenant/Guest Registration Fees" will remain at $150/month. They advised that their budget will be finalized in October 2023. At that time, we'll confirm their fee and any changes to your tentative reservation balance.
