Nestled away in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, the most sought-after locale in Fannin County, this three-story cabin provides an ideal retreat for those wanting to indulge in a plethora of outdoor activities. You will be within a couple of miles of the Sandy Bottoms Canoe Launch on the Toccoa River, as well as scenic hiking trails in the National Forest. Anglers might catch trout here, while outdoor enthusiasts will discover incredible tubing and canoeing opportunities.
Upon entering your vacation home, you'll find plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Shoot a game of pool together or choose one of the provided board games for friendly competition. From here, you have access to an inviting wooded deck with a bubbly hot tub - the perfect spot to treat yourself and your muscles to a soothing soak! The firepit is directly in the backyard, offering a wonderful spot to roast s'mores and tell stories with your group.
The middle level boasts an exquisite open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. For those who prefer to stay indoors, the living area has everything you need. Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace to stay warm during the winter months and watch a favorite movie or show on the TV. The deck off the living room is an ideal spot to experience the fresh air, dine alfresco, and host cookouts with the gas grill. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen has all the major appliances needed to prepare mouthwatering homemade meals.
Last, but not least, the upper level features a bedroom, a desk, and a cozy place to catch up on some reading with a good book.
