Enjoy the beautiful sights & sounds of nature in this hidden community while swimming, floating, canoeing, or fishing at the private community lake. Outdoor dining & grilling on the deck & lounging by the firepit while listening to the nearby creek. Fully stocked kitchen. Free high-speed wifi, smart TV and laundry. This truly is a slice of heaven.
As you enter the secluded lakefront cabin, you'll be greeted by an open first floor with a warm and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a 32" smart Roku TV. Additionally, the couch pulls out to a queen bed. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing a delicious home cooked meal, and you can enjoy your meals at the large dining room table with seating for 8 or or on the deck with a grill where you can enjoy seasonal views of the lake.
The first floor also has a bedroom with a new queen Casper mattresses and a full bathroom.
Upstairs features another large bedroom with a full & twin beds with new Casper mattresses. In the loft, you'll find 2 more twin beds with new Casper mattresses and another full bathroom. Please note the listed 3rd bedroom is the loft which has open walls to downstairs.
Outside, relax by the private firepit while enjoying sounds of the babbling brook that runs through the property.
Enjoy our private lakefront area for swimming, tubing & fishing or head to the community beach which is just a short 5 minute walk from our house and includes a roped off area of shallow water and a floating dock a bit further out in the water. There is also a bathhouse with 2 bathrooms, and a picnic area. Be sure to grab the cooler & wagon in the basement.
Make use of the outdoor shower and laundry room in the basement.
The community at Lake Florence is a small private lake surrounded by only 27 houses, so at any given time during the summer, its quite possible you may have the entire lake to yourselves (though we of course cannot guarantee this).
