With unlimited space & onsite parking, this Farm Stay sleeps up to 13 people with a separate Loft style living quarters, containing a separate Kitchen, Bathroom & Living Space.
The farm is a perfect place for the family to sit back and relax with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play in the hand-built Cubby House.
With a pool and two entertaining areas, you have the opportunity of soaking in some country sun poolside then watching the sunset off the front balcony via the spa.
If you have decided to visit in the colder months, then the option of an outdoor firepit is available as well as indoor fireplaces to keep you warm and snug.
The Main House includes a full working Kitchen (with pots, pans and basic utensils), Laundry, Bathroom and four spacious Bedrooms. (Each with a built-in robe & linen included)
The pool house, attached to the garage, includes a bar with a fridge, space to sit down and even a poker table for some extra entertainment.
If the incredible views are still not enough to tempt you to visit, Calley View is surrounded by an extensive species of wildlife & is also home to lots of different Farm animals, such as llamas, sheep, cows.
If you are a supporter of the game of Golf, you’re in luck, with the Calderwood Golf Course straight across the road and open 7 days a week you can Tee up at this 18-hole Course that is immaculately presented and features well contoured fairways and true greens.
It’s safe to say, Calley View Farm is the perfect place to spend some time with the family or friends, you’ll never want to leave!

Pets are welcome but only to be kept outside during your stay (please disclose any pets that will be coming)

All linen, including Bed sheets, Towels (for both Bathrooms & Swimming Pool) are supplied onsite and cleaned regularly. Hangers are also provided in the Bedroom Robes
Fully Functioning Kitchen with pots, pans and basic utensils. (Including fridge, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave)
Laundry has both a Washing Machine & Dryer for guests’ convenience (including Vacuum & Mop)
Main bathroom includes a bathtub along with a shower, toilet & vanity
Swimming pool with Outdoor entertaining area attached includes a Pizza oven, and is the perfect area for guests to enjoy the nature and scenery that Calderwood has to offer.
Pool House attached to the garage includes an entertaining space with a bar, seating and a poker table.

We please ask that if you are a smoker you refrain from smoking inside the House (this includes the Loft & Pool House) Please strictly smoke outside and dispose of your waste correctly.
Please disclose any pets you will be bringing before check in.
No parking or driving on the grass surrounding the house. We like to keep our property beautiful and pristine & the landscaper happy!
