Welcome to Rosewood Chalet!

This is a large, open and airy family friendly home, nestled in the gently rolling hills of equestrian country, just minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center (10 minutes) . The house is surrounded by nature-tucked back in the woods on over 3 acres where wildlife sightings are a frequent occurrence. Several trails suited for hikes or nature walks ramble through the property making this the perfect place to reconnect with the important things in life.

Unfortunately, due to increased fire risk, the N.C. Forest Service has issued a ban on all open burning and has canceled the burning permits for this county until further notice

Upon entering the house you will immediately notice the cathedral ceiling and multitude of windows creating a bright and open space. The living room is outfitted with an entertainment center, sectional sofa, sleeper sofa, love seat and even a twin bed tucked in the corner. This all adds up to plenty of places to crash on movie night. The dining room features an oak table with seating for 8. Booster seats and a high chair will ensure all ages are welcome. A few steps away is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you can think of to prepare a hearty meal. Seating at the bar and nook is great for overflow guests and chatting it up with the cook. A mini laundry, play room and full bath complete the main level. A wide and open staircase leads to the upstairs balcony which overlooks the great room below. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a spacious full bath complete this area of the home. Back downstairs, sliding doors in the breakfast nook lead to the wrap around deck which offers a gas grill and family sized picnic table.

The back yard is another area for family and friends to convene. The fire pit is the perfect spot to spend an evening under the stars. Inside the lower level of the home you’ll find a closet chocked full of outdoors games; horse shoe, volleyball, croquet and tether ball just to name a few.

This lower level of the home also houses a generously sized game room with Foosball, a TV and a table for cards and board games. A mini fridge, sink and microwave make it easy to hang out here. When you get tired, there’s no need to climb the stairs, just take your pick of two bedrooms-one outfitted with enough beds to sleep 5 (plus a crib for the baby!) and another sleeps 4. The area screams slumber party!

Easy access just a few miles from I26 making it an easy find from Asheville, Greenville, Atlanta, and Charlotte.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and it is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

Supplies: An initial supply of the following of basic items are provided: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Please replenish any items which are completely gone.
